6Shook Construction Co. is bidding as a Prime Contractor on the Mill Creek WWTP Service Water (NPW) Reliability and Service Upgrades project in Cincinnati, OH. This project for the Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati includes, but is not limited to, replacement of six (6) existing NPW pumps with seven (7) new pumps, installation of a new 12” NPW transmission main, new piping, electrical upgrades, repurpose locker room and office room areas to a single consolidated electrical room, trenching, new duct banks, repair and replacement of pavement, concrete sidewalks, curbs, landscaping, replacement of transformers, sitework & utilities, and installation of new piles and concrete pad for transformers. Project is tax exempt and Davis-Bacon prevailing wage rates apply.
The project bids on Monday, July 23, 2018 @ 12:00 PM, but in order to analyze all quotes and assemble our bid submittal, Shook is requesting quotes by 9:00 AM. Also, due to the project funding requirements, MBE/WBE/DBE subcontractors and suppliers must submit a completed EPA Form 6100-3 with their quote (or earlier).

Below is an invitation letter with information needed to participate in the bidding process. Also below is EPA Form 6100-3 that needs to be completed (without pricing) and returned to Shook Construction, preferably prior to bid day.
