Louisville/Jefferson County Metropolitan Sewer District Invitation to Bid: Temporary Personnel Services

The Supplier Diversity department of the Louisville and Jefferson County Metropolitan Sewer District (MSD) is reaching out to MBEs and WBEs to inform you that a RFP has been posted for Temporary Personnel Services (#20-0317).

Specifications (see bid notification for complete list of specifications):

  • Scope of Work –   MSD is requesting proposals from qualified firms to furnish temporary personnel for laborers, scientists (lab technicians), administrative staff and other positions as needed.
  • Pre-Award Contact:  Except as may otherwise be provided under Special Provisions, prospective bidders shall have contact with MSD only through Teresa Burton, Senior Buyer, at (502) 540-6325, via email teresa.burton@louisvillemsd.org.
  • Submittal of Questions:  If any person contemplating the submission of a Proposal for the work is in doubt of the true meaning of any part of the Contract Document, a written request for an interpretation shall be submitted to Teresa Burton at the Louisville and Jefferson County Metropolitan Sewer District, 700 W. Liberty Street, Louisville, KY  40203 or by email at teresa.burton@louisvillemsd.org ,  no later than 11:00 a.m. local time on Tuesday, March 10, 2020.  Bidders are not to call the Purchasing Department for inquiriesQuestions received after the submission deadline will not be answered.  Questions will be answered by Addenda only.  The person making the request will be responsible for its prompt delivery.
