Hamilton County Land Reutilization Corporation announces Request for Proposal (RFP) solicitation for mixed-use properties in the Evanston neighborhood of Cincinnati

The Hamilton County Land Reutilization Corporation (Landbank) is excited to announce the release of a Request for Proposal (RFP) solicitation for the mixed-use properties located at 3341-3351 Montgomery Road in the Evanston neighborhood. The Landbank is seeking developers, tenants, and/or business owners to submit property activation proposals. Offerors must include contact information, capacity and experience of offeror, project description/concept, and applicable budget/financing plan in their submission.

Applicants interested in touring the property should contact Brian Ogawa to schedule a walkthrough. Any offerors, developers, business owners, and/or contractors must complete the attached liability waiver prior to entering the property.

All interested applicants must submit a complete proposal no later than May 14th, 2021. Late submissions will not be accepted. Applicants should also be aware of the intent to apply date of April 9th, 2021. That submission will allow you to sign up for time slots to access the property.

  • Are You a Hamilton County Business Owner Thinking About Applying for a PPP Loan? Please join a Zoom meeting Tuesday, January 19, 3:30-5:00 pm for important information. Participants will:

  • Learn how to prepare and apply for the new federal PPP loans;
  • Learn who to contact for help; 
  • Learn how to avoid pitfalls that kept many businesses from being successful in the last round, and what is required for loan forgiveness; and
  • Meet representatives of organizations who are providing loans and assistance. 

Our aim is to help Hamilton County neighborhoods by helping more business owners — especially Black, Brown and and women business owners — get their fair share of federal small business loans this time. But you need to be prepared!
This session is designed to bring together small business owners, lenders, technical assistance providers and neighborhood and community developers who want to help their local businesses survive and thrive in spite of the pandemic.

The conversation will be facilitated by:
