Skanska Construction Management Building Blocks Information and Application

Skanska’s Cincinnati office is happy to announce that we will be hosting their signature subcontractor training program, Construction Management Building Blocks™ this spring. Construction Management Building Blocks (CMBB) is designed to introduce and familiarize minority and women-owned companies with various business management tools necessary for becoming stronger enterprises. The objective of CMBB is to provide training in the fundamental areas of construction business management, as well as to provide opportunities to network with other contractors, develop and sustain relationships with key personnel from Skanska and other relevant business organizations. This free virtual program will begin March 23 with a kickoff celebration, and end May 6 with a graduation ceremony.

Click here for a flyer providing further details regarding the program which also includes a link to the program application. Although the program is virtual, Skanska is limiting participation to 24 individuals in order to ensure strategic, meaningful relationships are formed with Skanska leaders, class participants and community partners. Also linked here is a calendar showing CMBB dates for your convenience.

If you need further information regarding Construction Management Building Blocks please email our Vendor Diversity, Community Development Manager, Marcus Thompson at Marcus.Thompson@Skanska.com. We look forward to partnering with you on this journey.
