Solid Waste Authority of Central Ohio Accepting Proposals for Lighting Upgrade Projects at Jackson Pike and Morse Road Transfer Stations

The Solid Waste Authority of Central Ohio (SWACO)  is requesting proposals for lighting upgrade projects at the Jackson Pike and Morse Road Transfer Stations.  Proposals can be submitted for one Project or both and is estimated to be a six- (6)-month Contract.

Site visits are required and must be scheduled with the project manager no later than July 20, 2021.

Proposals must be received electronically by SWACO no later than 1:30 p.m. (EST), July 26, 2021.

The Solid Waste Authority of Central Ohio (SWACO) is requesting quotes for Risk Management Services. SWACO currently has several types of insurance coverage that includes, but is not limited to, property, inland marine, automobile, flood, environmental, cyber, crime, and excess liability. SWACO is looking to engage a qualified risk manager in a two-year contract at a flat fee before the current one expires June 30, 2021.

Solid Waste Authority of Central Ohio seeking proposals to provide Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services at the Franklin County Sanitary Landfill

SWACO is seeking competitive Proposals for a vendor, or team of vendors, to provide Construction Manager at Risk services to manage construction of Phase 1, as described in SWACO’s Site Buildings Assessment, without hindering completion of Phase 2 or Phase 3 in the indefinite future. The Project is located at the Franklin County Sanitary Landfill (“FCSL”) in Grove City, Ohio.

Sealed Proposals are due and must be received electronically by SWACO no later than 1:30 p.m. (EST), Monday, May 10, 2021.

New Construction Project for Solid Waste Authority of Central Ohio; Virtual Pre-bid Meeting on March 10th

SWACO is seeking competitive Bids in order to award a contract to the Bidder submitting the lowest and best responsive Bid for the Franklin County Sanitary Landfill Gas Collection and Control System  2021 Construction.  Sealed bids are due no later than 1:30 p.m., Friday, April 2, 2021.

A virtual pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 10, 2021.
