Each fall, OMSDC brings minority business owners, corporate partners, business leaders, and supporters together for an evening dedicated to excellence, achievement, and the relationships behind real progress.

The 2026 Gala, Mosaic of Excellence: Every Story. Every Culture. One Legacy., celebrates the distinct businesses, leaders, cultures, and experiences that together strengthen Ohio’s economy.

Throughout the evening, we’ll recognize outstanding minority-owned businesses, corporate partners, and community leaders whose work has created meaningful results—from businesses grown and partnerships built to opportunities created and communities strengthened.

But the Gala is about more than recognition. It’s an opportunity to be in the room with the people helping shape business and opportunity across Ohio—to strengthen relationships, build new ones, increase visibility, and look ahead to what comes next.
